Mark P. McKenna teaches and writes in the areas of intellectual property and privacy law. A leading scholar in the trademark area, he has also written broadly on utility patent, design patent, copyright, and the right of publicity. His most recent work focuses on the intersections of various forms of protection, and on the ways law responds to technological change.
